Dilihat dari persentasi keberhasilan. Apakah lebih baik menyelamatkan 5 pasien atau 1 pasien. Persentasi keberhasilan yang paling tinggi lah yang akan saya pilih. Misalnya, jika pasien 6 meninggal dan persentasi keberhasilan kesembuhan 5 pasien sebesar 90% sedangkan pasien 6 persentasi kesembuhannya 30% maka saya pilih membiarkan pasien itu merasa tetap nyaman walau akhirnya meninggal.
Dan sebaliknya, jika persentasi kesembuhan pasien 6 sebesar 90% dan 5 pasien hanya 30% maka saya memilih pasien 6 yg diutamakan keselamatannya dengan tetap mencoba semaksimal mungkin menyembuhan 5 pasien walaupun mustahil selamat. Jadi saya lebih melihat persentasi keberhasilan, yg paling besar itulah yg saya pilih.
