1. W małej misce wymieszaj mąkę, cukier i sól.
2. W osobnej misce roztrzep jajko. Dodaj mleko i olej roślinny, dokładnie wymieszaj.
3. Stopniowo wlej mieszankę mokrą do suchej, ciągle mieszając, aż uzyskasz gładkie i jednolite ciasto. Możesz użyć trzepaczki lub miksera do wymieszania składników.
4. Pozostaw ciasto na około 15-20 minut, aby odpoczęło.
5. Na małą rozgrzaną patelnię naleśnikową lub patelnię o średnicy około 20 cm wlej odrobinę oleju i rozprowadź go równomiernie po powierzchni.
6. Wlej niewielką ilość ciasta na patelnię, delikatnie obracając ją, aby ciasto pokryło całą powierzchnię.
7. Smaż naleśnik na średnim ogniu przez około 1-2 minuty z każdej strony, aż stanie się lekko złocisty.
8. Powtórz proces z pozostałym ciastem, dodając odrobinę oleju na patelnię przed każdym naleśnikiem.
