Knowledge develops similar to the way natural selection works.
Knowledge changes to fit the given conditions.
Knowledge is fickle.
While knowledge changes often in a survival of the fittest, natural selection way that improves an organism, natural selection also can just cause a change to an organism. If there is a mutation that doesn’t affect an organism’s capabilities to survive and pass on its genes then that mutation will get passed on despite not necessarily being helpful. Knowledge can develop in a similar way!
All knowledge began somewhere similar to a common ancestor.
Knowledge like organisms develops into intricate, orderly claims/ideas in the same way that simple organisms chaotically developed over time into the intricate orderly animals we see today, including us.

Knowledge doesn’t develop like natural selection.
The development of knowledge is more complex than the development of organisms.
All knowledge doesn't have a common ancestor.
Knowledge is not getting more orderly, just more complex and in depth.
Knowledge isn’t unique to an individual setting and therefore has no reason to conform to a specific setting because it would therefore be less applicable in a opposite setting.

a. knowledge - an accurate representation of some aspect of the world that has evidence or justification
b. accurate - describes the world as it is and is beneficial in efforts to successfully navigate through life
c. natural selection - a process where the fittest/most apt survive and continue one, also a process where a random change can result in beneficial aspects or aspects that don’t hurt or help
emphasis on variation, environmental/context factors
d. fittest - the most capable of furthering our understanding of the world and facilitating our lives
e. personal - accurate knowledge that facilitates an individuals life through the context of his/her life
f. shared - accurate knowledge that is useful to a group as a whole an individuals
g. changing - knowledge that is changed is not necessarily discarded completely as we can learn from our inaccuracies
