Tags are categorised in 3 sections. First is the main tags. These are the tags with product prefixes (account_ / deposit_ / withdrawal etc) These tags can only be used once in a ticket. If the agent is talking about multiple issues the first one should be tagged.
When tagging, agents should only tag the real issue, which is identified from their actions or messages. For example; if a customer complains about a deposit bonus, but we realise the customer's real issue is a stuck deposit, and start talking about how they can deposit, that chat should be identified as the “Deposit_cannotdeposit” issue.
Second section is the method tags. (mthd_) These should be used in withdrawal and deposit cases, If we are talking about all the methods at once (ex: Giving information on deposit limits in general.) than it is not necessary. However, if we are talking or taking action about a specific method, that should be tagged.
Third part is the campaign tags (cmp_) Any campaign that falls in line with stated campaign options, (nrc, social, GoC, SB) should be tagged. For example; When talking about an nrc offer or a potential nrc offer. Cmp_nrcoffer must be added with wagering, generic or missing rewards tags.
If a campaign is generic and has no relation to these four, we can skip using the tag. Some examples would be segment retention deposit offers, sales bonus offers etc.
Tech_issue tag should be used with relevant issues. For example if there’s a technical issue with papara deposits, and we are giving information on that, the tags should be; Deposit_cannotdeposit + mthd_papara + Tech_issue
With specific campaigns, we should always add the corresponding CRMS tags.
