This criteria is looked at in 3 different ways. First is the typos. When trying to explain things through chats, we expect there might be some typos. However, these typos should not exceed a level of common sense. A single typo on a sentence is acceptable, more than that means the sentence would lose meaning.
Bad ex:
C: Hello, can you check my withdrawal transaction?
A: Hi, you widyrawal is confitmed by our payments team. It will appear in your account in 24 hot maximum.
Good ex:
A: Hi, you withdrawal is confirmed by our payments team. It will appear in your account in 24 hours maximum.
Second is the dots and question marks. It is important to mark where the sentences end. Also highlighting the questions, with question marks.
Bad ex:
C: Can you check my sports bets? I think I have won my last bet but it’s not settled yet.
A: Hello thank you for contacting us can you share your coupon id so that I can check it.
Good ex:
A: Hello, Thank you for contacting us. Can you share your coupon id, so that I can check it?
Third part is using capital letters for both sentence beginnings and for names.
Bad ex:
C: Hello, I am Mehmet Hezar, I have some questions about affiliates. Can you help me with that?
A: Hi, mr mehmet; unfortunately we are not handling affiliate queries directly. we have a partner for it. you can contact them on neataffiliates.com .
