Boba Fett Costume Reviewed
Boba Fett is one of the most feared bounty hunter in the galaxy. He scours the galaxy for his targets, sells them to Darth Vader and has even was able to capture Han Solo to have him frozen in carbonite. Boba, despite playing a minor role in Star Wars, is one of the most adored characters, and a favorite of the fans.


The armored bounty hunter -as well as clone -- first appeared in the Star Wars Holiday Special, but his distinctive appearance has earned him the title of one of the most recognizable characters in the Star Wars series. The distinctive colors, tan armor and iconic helmet distinguished him from other Star Wars characters, including his fellow Stormtroopers.



In order to commemorate the 30th anniversary of his first appearance the group of his fans has been working to build a life-sized version of Boba's original costume. The armor should be as similar to the original as is possible. The project will be funded through Kickstarter. To date, they've raised more than $118,000 towards their $250,000 goal.


It's not easy to build an accurate movie outfit. It's a long, tedious process of work on weekends and nights. CNET's pictorial on Andrew Miller's incredible re-creation the well-known bounty hunter's outfit shows how even the tiniest detail can be important. Miller said to CNET that it took his "hundreds of hours" to create the perfect suit. However, he's quick to point that resources on the internet like The Dented Helmet and dedicated communities have assisted him on his process.


Even the helmet is a feat of engineering. The original Boba Fett helmet was made of black T-visor with a segmented armour and a white hood. The original helmet featured a rangefinder as well as a jetpack. The result is a striking piece of armor that's as close to the original as you could find.


The helmet is a fantastic accomplishment, but it does have some issues. The helmet was designed after a helmet worn by another character in the same universe. Boba Fett Accessories was a cause of some difficulties while filming. But despite the hiccups, the final product remains an incredible recreation of the legendary Boba Fett costume.


The Boba Fett costume for children lets your child act as the galaxy's most feared bounty hunter. It starts with a jumpsuit featuring printed details taken from The Book of Boba Fett. It then adds Qualux pieces of armor directly into the suit. (But there's no Beskar.) The suit even includes the BlasTech EE-3 carbine, complete with sigils printed on its shoulder and body pads.


This is an ideal present to those who are fans of the legendary mercenary, or his famous helmet. The helmet is constructed of top-quality materials and is very intricate. It even features the famous T-visor. You can pick from various sizes to find the right size for your child's hero.
