Im writing to inform you that sustainability without Eyong is more trouble than its worth. I don't got much time for drama or stress and he can be of assistance. Im stressed as hell and my bp is worse now than last week. To keep it simple, I am fine with him being involved for the long term.
This allows me to relax and focus on improving my health because if it is not improved, you wont see me this month or ever. My blood pressure is too high for 22 years old. 184 readings is deadly and can kill me.
Him and I are doing this under a strict environment and he will only engage me for business purposes. He will buy medical supplies for me because I am not confident Ill improve before the trip.
He understands this and will have to respect it. I dont care how anyone feels about this. I must do everything possible to lower my blood pressure to less than 120 within 30 days.
