Colson Baker, aka Machine Gun Kelly, was born and raised in Cleveland. He moved to Nashville Tennessee in search of a career in music. In 2010, following the release of four mixtapes, Stamp of Approval and Homecoming and 100 Words, Running and Lace Up the singer launched the debut album Machine Gun Kelly. After the release of four mix tapes: Stamp of Approval, Homecoming 100 Words and Running and Lace Up in 2010, he earned his big break with the release of his debut album Machine Gun Kelly.



The shows that he plays live are energetic and full of energy. The arena-sized Excel Energy Center in Minneapolis was completely sold out to the show on July 28th, 2022. Most of the crowd were college students wearing fishnets and damaged jeans. They took to the stage to sing along to songs like "Girlfriend." He began the show by showing a clip of himself riding a chopper, and then emerged from a box with an escalator. Then Machine Gun Kelly Merch climbed up to the stage, which was a large, round stage that had a checkerboard-shaped design with an inclined ceiling.


He then began rocking out with his band. The band was tight with great guitar work as well as a great sound. There were a lot of fireworks. Highlight of the show came when he performed another encore, and did his show on a platform, which was suspended from the floor. The crowd was in the rock'n'roll craze.


One Way is a novel crime-story. A criminal who is not well-known becomes an international celebrity after he takes the bank of his tough-as nails moll (Cabot). The film is well-written and has a nice sense of atmosphere and the actors are believable. The script is a mess. It's difficult to believe an artist with the same popularity as MGK could make the kind of movie that is so bad.


The pop-punk whining of MGK might not be the worst of popular culture, but it is certainly one of the most irritating. He carries the clothes of an infamous sellout proudly, and believes that his skewed view of the world is worth a shout-out. Tickets to My Destruction is insufficient to convince that he doesn't merit the respect he's earned from the alternative music scene. He's the ultimate definition of an anti-hero.
