3. Consider your routes to advertise

They have a warehouse which they have given a person front to for all those people who still want to have a look before they take something home, but all their orders are online.

4. How are your visitors buying? How will you make it easier for them?

Take time out to see what's happening in your business and market

As business owners we are often so embroiled in the day to day activity and issues of our business that we are unable to see the wood for the trees. It isn't until we get some distance as a result and a different perspective on the issue that we can see the solutions that have been most likely staring us in the face. So,

Make time on a weekly basis to look at your business from a different angle.
