Based on the results of this research it is clear that a high degree of sensitivity and accuracy have been obtained for the detection of adulteration in goat's milk by the application of the lateral flow immunoassay. The LFIA system can be easily adapted to the existing facilities for processing. This new method can improve goat milk quality and improve its safety for human consumption.


It is particularly suited for monitoring goat milk on the field. It is widely utilized in dairy facilities, testing institutions and supervision departments.
