Subject: Urgent Request: Assistance Needed for Father's Rare Disease Treatment

I regret to inform you that my father has been diagnosed with a very rare disease called diabetic retinopathy, which is causing severe damage to the blood vessels in his eyes. Unfortunately, there is no one else available to look after him besides myself, as my mother is often unwell and unable to manage everything alone.

This will allow me to dedicate my full attention to taking care of my father until he regains his independence and can look after himself.
