The song is a high-octane ride that features an endless rhythm and a twin guitar riffage which is reminiscent of Hawkwind and Molly Hatchet.
Laminated Denim's strength is testament to their talent and chemistry, despite this radical shift in direction. The album might not be as ambitious as Made in Timeland, but it is confident and fully formed. The fear of overindulgence is quelled by the huge volume of pure fun that emanates from every note.
