A life long quest for fitness and a need to succeed resulted due to my fathers influence, help and encouragement. Today the majority of our youth aren't as fortunate when i was. Maybe, because again of all cut backs in the one program that can help a lot more than any others is physical education. Now, among the first programs to go under the ax when budgets are trimmed. As in so many instances today. Probably the most disturbing trends today in our public schools there really are way too many administrators. But, we surely got to cut physical education, arts, music appreciation and the rest of the so called no essential programs that would otherwise contribute to a standard educational experience.

The youth of today are continually being exposed to ideas, situations, and material items they're not yet equipped mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially to effectively uses. This causes great harm not merely to themselves but to society aswell. What must be done would be to reestablish the standards of conduct and speech that were enforced back in the middle of the 20th century. The rebuilding of ethical standards is vital for the continuation of our society. What happens whenever a society reverts to rampant disregard for themselves and others is a destruction of freedom everywhere.
