I am writing to formally inform you about My Last Unplan leave for Thu,June 29th and request for bereavement leave for one day on Thu, July 6th. My grandfather ( mother's uncle ) Late Om prakash ji Punia passed away last Thursday, June 29th night in Landhari Sukh Lambran village, Agroha, District Hisar.
Before three day from this, I requested for leave (June 29th) saying there was some urgent work at home. My family or me wanted to meet him due to ill health. But Everyone's Planed Leave were already adjusted the day before. I could not got leave. What i received! an email of UL details and asked for revert. This is undeserved. May be I don't know about Planed leaves policy? Kindly share this on my email.
This week I also need a one day leave to go to my home town. still there is no availability of leave.So, i request you please allow me one day leave. I don't want to take UL. Ever since I joined the company I am able to take plan leave. I really not want to take bereavement leave like this email patterns. Hoping to understand.
