SCP plush toys are soft, cuddly creatures that are based on the characters and anomalies from the Secure Containment Procedures Foundation. This foundation is dedicated to apprehension of anomalies. SCP-99 was a series of four anthropomorphic, plush animals which were designed by Dr. Bright to test his theories of the telepathic phenomenon. During testing they were able to communicate with one another and interact with humans in the same manner as the physical creatures.





In the course of testing, it was found that when a SCP-99 object came into contact with a regular toys, the toy immediately changed into an exact replica of a SCP-99 creature. The new creatures would share the same character, beliefs and goals as the original toy animals. This was also the case for the teddy bears and other plush toys.





If the bear with the problem was later smacked against, or its legs or arms stroked, this would cause the SCP-99 creature to roar and attack. But if scpplush was simply held in the hands of the affected SCP-99 creature, it would appear to remain inert.





SCP-99 showed a preference for people and preferring to interact with others, but only when they spoke in a non-threatening, calm tone. If a person were left alone for long periods of time, it will begin to show symptoms of depression, and possibly self-harm. Injuries that are severe, like deep punctures to the torso and dissociation of limbs, could cause the SCP-99 critter to falling to the ground and showing hyperbolic expressions to express discomfort.





SCP-999 was able of levity in the Incident of the Black Blight and then assumed a cubic shape. It was able to take in hundreds of people. It was something that SCP-999 was enjoying. Even though it was merely absorbing feelings of terror but the victims were terrified and often screamed in fear, which SCP-999 evidently liked. The victims eventually were kept in semi-catatonic and trance states, and 999 would occasionally laugh while screaming for it to stop.
