Setiap manager bagian mengusulkan permohonan penambahan karyawan untuk karyawan harian kepada Manager Personalia yang akan diteruskan kepada Plant Manager untuk disetujui menggunakan Formulir Permohonan Penambahan Karyawan.
Setiap karyawan pada level Plant Manager atau Manager, Direktur dapat menetapkan secara langsung.

Lamaran kerja yang masuk dikompilasi oleh manajer personalia dan dilakukan seleksi lamaran kerja sesuai persyaratan yang ditentukan dalam formulir permohonan penambahan karyawan.
Manager personalia mengirimkan panggilan seleksi melalui surat atau telepon.

Bagian Personalia menyiapkan Formulir Data Pribadi Pelamar untuk diisi pelamar, dan dilaksanakan test tertulis (bila diperlukan). Materi disiapkan oleh departemen yang membutuhkan. Manajer personalia mengirimkan pemberikan kepala pelamar untuk mengikuti test wawancara berdasarkan hasil dari test tertulis.
Interview
Interview dilakukan oleh HRD dan oleh Manager sebelum melakukan pemilihan kandidat. Manager bagian yang membutuhkan mengevaluasi hasil test dan memberi kesimpulan hasil test dan diserahkan ke bagian personalia.
Penerimaan
setelah pelamar telah melakukan wawancara dan dinyatakan diterima, maka karyawan harus mengisi formulir perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu yang telah disediakan oleh manajer personalia. pelamar dapat ditempatkan di bagian yang membutuhkan.
