Doctor mempunyai Alchemy yang mampu untuk memanggil manusia buatan yang sering disebut 'Homunculus' juga dapat membuat Inventor yang bisa menghasilkan kemampuan herbalism serta senjata sekali pakai.

Seorang Doctor dapat memiliki keempat homonculus sekaligus.Setiap Homonculus juga memiliki skill tersendiri yang dibawanya
- Amistr memiliki skill Blood Lust dan Kekkaifu
- Eira memiliki skill Silent Breeze dan Aerodyne.
- Sera memiliki skill Onidoku dan Xenoslash.
- Vanilmirth memiliki skill Shubiyoku dan Self Destruct.
Homonculus sendiri termasuk ke dalam magic skill dan terhitung ke dalam skill slot jika di bawa tunggal.
Misalnya hanya membawa Sera tanpa membawa Onidoku. Jika dengan skill di bawahnya, homunculus tidak tercatat dalam skill slot. Karena sudah menjadi satu kesatuan skill.

Kalau seperti ini, hanya onidoku yang masuk skill slot. Summon 1 jenis Homunculus tidak boleh berturut

- Potion mampu menambah status 1 ally
- Polixir dengan kemampuannya menyebarkan poison untuk all allies
- Vitadrink yang mampu menambah ATK
2.Weapon Craft 1 senjata knife/dagger/iron club
3.Weapon Craft 2 senjata sword/spear/axe
Doctor mempunyai kemampuan Healing yang paling lengkap

- Purify yang digunakan untuk menyembuhkan ailment
- Rejuvenate & Resurrection yang memiliki kemampuan revive
- Small Heal, Med Heal & Full Heal dapat menambah HP 1 Ally
- Small Cure, Med Cure & Full Cure dapat menambah HP all Allies
- Saviour mampu menambah 100% status HP/MP serta menyembuhkan ailment

- Guardian, kemampuan untuk memunculkan langsung Homunculi Amistr begitu awal battle menggunakan skill Kekkaifu
- Element Boost, yang akan menambah damage serangan all element skill sebesar 25%
- Invigorate 1, 2, 3 yang mampu menambah MP setiap turn
