supervisor action taken: cld the cx and he explained me that he wasn't provided the service because of the insurance and the vendor also offered the cx for insurance and cx didn't wanted to buy the insurance and the vendor are also denying the refund.

Tier 3 agent(gursjain) refunded the cx as after checking the quantum session as it was site error. so informed the same to the cx .cx ok .
