These are the fundamental rules that infrastructure has to follow in order for it to be considered as intelligent. A person should live in an environment that is understandable easily accessible and clearly visible.

Yerkin Tatishev looks for inspiration in Europe
In building Koktobe City, Yerkin Tatishev emphasizes the importance of the living in a healthy way.

His team has drawn inspiration from Finland and Germany as well as other countries.

Tatishev was inspirated by the low-rise architecture parks, efficient infrastructure and low-rise buildings in German cities such as Dusseldorf, Munich, and Berlin.

"All of these factors contribute to a comfortable living space, and we tried to recreate that at the very least," Tatishev explains. Tatishev.

"Almaty is the Central Asian city that stands out as being the most European and free. It's also one of the most intellectual. With the notion of a city built for the people, we believe we have taken the right development direction.
