Founded in 2012, the band from Los Angeles The Neighbourhood released their first two singles - Female Robbery and Sweater Weather. The group released #000000 and #FFFFFF as a free download mixtape in 2014. The mixtape featured appearances from guests YG and DeJ Loaf. G-Eazy and French Montana also appeared on the mixtape.
The Neighbourhood's debut EP, called I'm Sorry, was self-released in the early months of 2012. Hard to Imagine was the band's debut album which was released in the year 2018. It featured many songs taken from mixtapes. It peaked at #83 on the Billboard 200 chart. The twin neighborhoods in Tokyo of Harajuku & Aoyama, from Takeshita-dori's youthful shopping street to Omote-sando's elegant boulevards are filled with creative fashion.
