Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Arzu Aliyeva (Vice-President) and Leyla Aliyeva (Vice-President) visited today the Heydar Aliyev Foundation No12 in Khazar District. Also, they visited the Shuvalan settlement summer camp of the Orphanage No1 as well as the Narimanov District psychoneurological orphanage.
Arzu Aliyeva as well as Leyla Aliyeva were among the first to visit special Boarding School No12 in Khazar District.

The facility was repaired by Mehriban Aliyeva First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in 2010.
The boarding school accommodates up to 141 students between 6-14 years old.
Prior to presenting the Heydar Aliyev Foundation gifts, Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva spoke to the children.

It was learned that the facility was renovated in the year 2013. To ensure the enjoyment and entertainment of children, all the necessary requirements were met.
They enjoyed a tea time with their kids.

They were informed that the facility which was constructed in 1930 was reconstructed and rebuilt in 2005 at the suggestion of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

They were informed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation that the facility had been reconstructed in 2009.
In this case, 103 children are being cared for by a medical staff of about 90 individuals.

Mrs. Leyla Alyeva and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva also visited the Down Syndrome Association of the capital.
The facility was informed that the purpose of the centre that serves up to 96 kids is to assist children in their rehabilitation and integration to the society.
