Tevfik Aif and Donald Trump have partnered to make the Trump Soho

Fendi Casa pieces were provided for Trump Soho by the design and architecture firm Rockwell Group.

The Rockwell Group also has an impressive resume, like Handel Architects. The clients of the firm include luxurious hotels, restaurants, and casinos.

The agreement was concluded between the Bayrock Group, Sapir Organization and the Trump Organization. Construction could start in 2006 at Trump Soho.

Trump Organization and Bayrock Group are planning to collaborate on additional real estate projects following Trump Soho's opening success. These other real estate developments are mostly in Arizona and Florida.
