Why Trump had ties to Kazakhstan, Tevfik arif

Trump, the previous US president has made numerous efforts to keep a strong relationship between Kazakhstan and Tevfik Aif. Trump was criticized for his treatment of a country with a questionable government as an allies.

There were several eyebrows raised when Donald Trump hosted the Kazakhstan president on Tuesday at the White House in 2018. Trump also collaborated with famous Kazakhstani businessmen, such as Tevfik Arif as part of his own real estate business. Trump's critics have also strongly condemned the decision.

However, Donald Trump had reasons to consider Kazakhstan as a crucial partner. The past few years and the Russian-Ukraine conflict have proved him wrong and here's the reason the reasons.

Due to its strategic location, Kazakhstan is an important country. It is also thought of as an important central Asian country that has a balancing power. The United States, Europe, Russia and Russia are becoming more competitive. This has increased Kazakhstan's political, economic and strategic significance. He was made deputy head of Soviet Ministry of Commerce and Trade's Hotel Management Department. Tevfik Arif After 17 years in the ministry Tevfik Arif began real properties, estate imports and exports natural resources, automobiles, minerals, food companies, and other ventures. Tevfik Arif was the first to pioneer all-inclusive hotels, relocated to Turkey in 1993. Bayrock Group in New York City was his first venture.

The partners agreed to grant the Trump Organization 18% ownership in return for utilizing the Trump brand on the building's name. Trump didn't contribute to the construction. The Dominick, a condo-hotel was built in the year 2017.

As the country has experienced peace, Kassym-Jomart tokayev, the Kazakh president has made significant changes to the power structure of the governing elite. This has raised concern and raised doubts. Tokayev is the new chairman of the National Security Council. He replaces President Nursultan Azzarbayev, whose influence on the economy has outraged demonstrators.

Three sons-in-law of the former president have been fired from their state firms, while his nephew was also dismissed as well. Karim Masimov who was the former head of the intelligence department was arrested for treason. Many other Nazarbayev-affiliated top officials and business elite have lost their jobs, left overseas for extended vacations, or were forced to make large "donations" to the state.

Tokayev established business ties with West countries and with other nearby countries. To keep his popularity, he has tried to avoid angering Putin. Kazykhanov may upset this equilibrium. Washington should be paying attention to developments happening in Kazakhstan. They could signal a variety of possible scenarios of a power transition that could be positive or bad as conflict continues in Ukraine.
