A male lizard is sometimes called a bull and a female lizard is sometimes called a cow or a lizardess. A group of lizards is called a lounge.

- Lizards smell with their tongues which is why they often stick their tongues out. Each time a lizard sticks out its tongue, it gathers the scent particles in the air. Then, when their tongues go back inside their mouths, these particles go to a special organ at the roof of the mouth called Jacobson’s organ which helps process the scent.
-- Kadrets can smell/scence in a simular way. Insted of using this for smelling, they use it to science shifts in the air (Example, if somebody is around/hiding nearby)

- The moment a lizard is caught by a predator or feels seriously threatened, it sheds its tail, which continues to wriggle to confuse and distract the predator, giving the lizard time to run to safety. Over the next few weeks, the lizard grows its tail back, though it will only consist of skin and cartilage, and no bone.
-- Kadret also can do this.
- Male lizards use various methods to win a female over, including changing colors and bobbing their head.
- A female signals that she is in heat by rubbing her head against objects, rolling a lot and a sawing call.
-- If a Kadret wishes to mate, it must impress its potential mate, the Kadret use various methods to gain favour with their desired mate. Mating for life is rare among Kadret, but becoming less uncommon since the discovery of space travel.
Things they do to impress their chosen: Changing colours, Rubbing against the desired partner, Acts of service, Building nests, Collecting things the Kadret finds interesting (most ofen related to personality or occupation)

- Kadret see Green as a dangerous/unatural colour, due to none of their natural life involves the colour.
