The rapper Post Malone Grabs a Magic The Gathering Post Card
The rapper is a massive Magic: The Gathering enthusiast was even able to host a $100,000 tournament in which he could play against opponents of random. A recent purchase may be a catalyst for his interest in the game. Malone admitted during Howard Stern's show he purchased an Alpha Black Lotus, one of Magic: the Gathering's most rare cards, for $800,000. Post's creativity is evident in the design, which puts Post Malone at the forefront. Cards like K'rrik Son of Yawgmoth are currently "Post, Son of Rich" and landscapes on land cards include his tattoos. He even wrote and illustrated the text on the Retro Frame Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, and Forest cards, creating very personal messages from Post to the participants.



The second collection, "Secret Lair X Post Malone: The Lands," shares the same design concept, but instead of featuring his personal deck, Post has crafted a collection of Magic: The Gathering cards that showcase the beauty of the natural world. The cards feature his distinctive abstract and figurative art style as well as the mountains that appear on the land cards representing his Texas roots as well as the scenery of his hometown. Post Malone Merch contain an exclusive message in which Post thanks his fans for their support and his music. Each card of this limited edition comes individually number-coded. Pre-orders for both sets start on November 14th, and the releases will take place around November 28th. Both sets will be available in foil and non-foil versions.
