The reported issue is due to the ReceivableInvoiceDetails and ReceivableDetails table mismatch issue between the Balance_Amount and EffectiveBalance_Amount columns for the following -
1. Receivable Invoice # 2630021 (mentioned in Copy of Kuehne + Nagel Inc CK# 9400166626 $270007.69.xlsx)
2. Receivable Invoice # 2456536, 2511114, 2513025, 2570964, 2571629, 2629653 and 2629877 (mentioned in Open Item Report - Import 181421.97 partial.xlsx)
3. Receivable Invoice # 2665964 (mentioned in Open Item Report - Import 326061.37 partial 7.12.2023.xlsx)
There are two approaches for the workaround -
1. Exclude the above-mentioned invoices from the respective open item reports and proceed with receipt applications for now.
Please Note:
This approach would also require correcting the above-mentioned invoices via data fix script, and then it can be used for receipt applications.
2. Wait for the data fix script to correct the impacted invoices and then proceed with the receipt application.

The data fix script would require some time due to the complication of the issue. Code Fix for the same is being tracked via LS-7897.
