You can also use Acestream on Kodi via the Plexus Kodi Addon. The process to install Plexus addon is simple. Once you have the addon, you can add your Acestream links on the addon to start streaming.

- Launch Kodi, go to Settings, Select File Manager and then click on Add Source
- Select <NONE> option and paste this URL http://lazykodi.com/ >
- Click Ok and enter a name for the repository i.e. “LazyKodi”
- Hit OK and return to Kodi main screen
- Now Choose Add-ons and then hit on Add-on Installer (box icon) from the top left corner
- Choose Install from Zip file and select LazyKodi > Repositories > Androidaba > Repositories >
- Select kodil-1.3.zip to add it to your repository
- Click Install from Repository> .Kodil Repository > Select Program Add-ons > Plexus > and hit Install
- Return to Kodi main screen, choose add-ons and launch Plexus
-To livestream sports on Plexus AceStream add-on, Select AceStream: Play hash/Torrent URL> Copy a Content ID from out list below and Paste it here.

Method 1: Soda Player (YMMV based on how up to date your Mac is)
1. Vist https://www.sodaplayer.com/ and install Soda Player.

2. If you get a warning about the app not being from the app store you can do either of the following:
A: In the Finder on your Mac, locate the app you want to open. Don't use Launchpad to do this. Launchpad doesn't allow you to access the shortcut menu.
B: Control-click the app icon, then choose Open from the shortcut menu. Click Open. The app is saved as an exception to your security settings, and you can open it in the future by double-clicking it just as you can any registered app.
or
A: Visit System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General and set the option to open from any source. You can change this back after using the app.

3. Once the app opens choose 'Add Ace Stream' and enter the ID from above.

Method 2: Non-Soda Method.

1. Install Desktop docker here: https://docs.docker.com/desktop/mac/install/
2. Install Homebrew here: https://brew.sh
3. Install Ace link with Home-brew by typing this into terminal: brew install --cask ace-link
This will install VLC if you don't already have it installed
You should see an Ace Stream link in upper tool bar. Copy the Ace link then click the Ace Stream Link and select "Open Stream from Clipboard." That's it
