The extracted data will be used in a Tableau report, hence various data fields relevant to the report are selected. Some of the selected fields include account details, location details, owner details, market details, and various metric details. Two fields, Level_2 and Level_1, are determined based on the clientgroupname and have hard-coded logic that needs to be made dynamic for scalability.
Here's a breakdown of the selected fields:
Account and Location Details: Includes clientgroupname, enrollid, child_mid, hq_mid, accountid, accountname, parentid, billingstreet, billingcity, billingstate, billingpostalcode, shippingstreet, shippingcity, shippingstate, shippingpostalcode, status__c, headquarters__c, specialty__c.
Owner and Market Details: Includes ownerid, ownerlastname, ownerfirstname, assigned_pds_user_name__c, pdslastname, pdsfirstname, market__c, marketname, district__c, division__c.
Hierarchy Details: Includes Level_2, Level_1, Level_0 (hq_name), hq_shipping_street, hq_shipping_city, hq_shipping_state, hq_shipping_postal_code.
Metrics and Goals Details: Includes refresh_date, child_mid, metric_year, metric_quarter, metric_month_num, metric_month_name, metric_week, start_of_week, end_of_week, num_days_in_week, net_credit_sales, net_transactions, avg_ticket, child_mid_ncs_goal.
