Teuthowenia Pellucida Atau googly eyed sea squid adalah salah satu cumi cumi kaca di laut dalam yang langka yang habitatnya berada di bagian selatan laut hemisphere.
Karakteristik Cumi kaca berwarna biru transparan dengan berukuran sekitar 200mm atau 7.9 inci dan memiliki mata yang besar. Ketebalan mantelnya hanya beberapa milimeter. Betina sedikit lebih besar dari jantan. Cumi ini memiliki 8 tentakel pendek dan sepasang tentakel sedikit lebih panjang di bagian ujung tubuh.
