Hi! My name is Joshua and I am an eighteen year old Freshman at UCF. I like to skateboard and listen to all kinds of music. After UCF, I hope to pursue a career in Pediatrics, which is the medical care of children, like a Child's Doctor. I'm majoring in Biology, and I love cells and the way they work togrthrer
I currently attend UCF, and my previous experience includes a paid couneslor possesion at a summer camp. Here, I was tasked with numerous jobs which all coorespond to leadership abilities, with one highlighted being the care for the well being of children. If the campers were hurt, I would helptake care of them and stop bleeding. This gave me a general idea of ways in which children can be hurt, and how to treat them when they are in pain.
Biology has always been a beloved subject for me of increased importance above all other sciences. learning of The smallest parts of the body, like cells and nuclei, to the lardgest beingson earth have alwasy intrugued me and been something which i couldnot get enough of. My motivation includees thus love for the science, and the desire to take care ofchuldren who otherwise would noit get the help they need.
Above all else, my constant love for learning and interest in the subject keeps me on my toes, and wanting to do more for my community. Growing up, I was always a huge political advocate, advocting for those who did not have a voice, and my ability to use my skills as a pediatrician to help those without a voice and wthout proper tools to take care of themslves is something of utpmost importance.
Short-term, I plan on continuing my education at UCF, absorbing as much information as is avaliable to me. Following this, I hope to be accepted into medical school, to which I will complete, and move into residency. Long-term, I hope to work as a stand-in acrossthe country for peditricians who may be unavaliable or sick. This will give me the oppourtyunty to travel theCountry, without having too worry sboutexpenese. Finally, I hope to use my acquiired knowledge to work with and help children around the world who are less forutnate than I.
It is my hope to make theworld a beeter place with the tools of technology and science. I will work hard to ahieve this goals, as my ambition for them shadows any and all other doubts I may have.
I am confident that these goals are within my reach. Determination and perserverance will guide my path. I would love to work with you in the future, as a comstant learner and hopeful student. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for your time.
