Bans for Hiders:
Teemo, Evelynn, Rengar, Quinn, LeBlanc, Kassadin, Shaco, Twitch
Bans for Seekers:
Twisted Fate, Rengar, Warwick
Rules:
• The hiders CANNOT attack the seekers with moves that are not CC.
• 5 death count; anyone who dies 5 times MUST stay on the outer ring.
• Hiders can't build straight tank.
• Getting items such as Rylai's/Frozen Mallet/Iceborn doesn't allow you to use non-CC spells.
• Using an auto attack to proc for example Quinn's Harrier mark is allowed due to the fact it provides MS for escape.
• If seeker is below 300 health (so 299 or less), they MUST recall. If after 2.5 seconds the Seeker doesn't recall, then Hiders are allowed to kill the seeker.
• Hiders cannot recall NOR can they walk into their fountain.
• Hiders MAY stand only on the first step of their base to hide.
• 40 minute time limit to kill each Hider.
• No capturing any points unless either side is trolling then you may capture points to end the game.
• Intentional interruption of a Seeker's recall results in -1 for the Hider which interrupted it.
• Accidental interruptions are allowed until deemed intentional.
• Capturing the shields is totally fine by either team, except Hiders may only interrupt Seekers with CC spells.
• 15 second grace period for Hiders when they first exit base on each respawn.
