I believe that health and well being play a vital role in people’s lives, therefore I truly have a high interest to help make a difference in the lives of others. I am also very much a people person and my desire is to work in a role that allows me to interact with people and help them with their well being. As an Highly focused and energetic support worker with 23 months of experience in the care sector. I am known by colleagues and patients for being reliable, compassionate, caring, and empathetic. I do my best to always work according to a client’s instructions when following care and medication plans. During my career, I have completed several manual handling courses, PMVA, so I am proficient in the safe use of mobility aids, safety equipment and how to support voilent patients using verbal de-escalation and physical intervention. Also, i am proficient in IT skills. I would bring a service-focused and hard-working experience which I believe would allow me to make a significant contribution to your organisation.
I am convinced that through a well-structured care, patients can lead a dignified and fulfilling life. I am very keen to continue working in this challenging field and working with you will give me the exposure and experience to really help future patients.
