검찰이 마약밀수 범행 집중 수사를 벌여 외국인 등 마약사범 총 6명을 구속기소하고 17억원 상당의 마약류를 압수했다.
대전지검 형사3부(부장검사 조석규)는 지난 3월부터 약 4개월간 말레이시아와 태국, 독일발 마약 밀수를 적발해 총 6명을 구속기소하고 시가 17억원 상당의 마약류를 압수했다고 20일 밝혔다.
검찰은 지난 3월 국제우편을 통해 가루 음료로 위장한 필로폰 약 3.6㎏을 밀수한 태국 국적 A씨(43)를 구속기소한데 이어 지난달 말레이시아를 통해 같은 수법으로 사탕으로 위장한 필로폰 약 150g을 들여온 내국인 B씨(43)를 구속해 재판에 넘겼다.
A씨가 밀수한 필로폰은 대전·충남 지역 역대 최대 규모다.
