She also was awarded a Facilities Engagement grant to create guidelines for the management of vulnerable patients in hospital.

She is also the Provincial Practice Director for Psychiatry within BC Cancer, Clinical Associate professor at UBC and the past president of the BC Psychiatric Association. She is also an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Tufts University School of Medicine and an adjunct faculty participant in the UM PM&R and Family Medicine residency programs. She has a longstanding interest in musculoskeletal education and research. She is currently teaching Neuromuscular and Musculoskeletal Medicine to Family Medicine residents and has ongoing research projects related to musculoskeletal health electrodiagnostic medicine, as well as performing arts medicine.

Dr. Pulkit Sing completed her medical degree from the University of New South Wales before completing her Psychiatry Residency at the University of British Columbia. While in training she was awarded the Psychotherapy Award and an Undergraduate Teaching Award to recognize her accomplishments in these areas.
