Prefek ( Shu/P User)
1. mengumpulkan absen murid PU.
2. menyetorkan kas ke Bank DSP.
3. melaporkan jurusan yang dipilih newbie.
4. menyetorkan data keaktifan bulanan ke headma dengan ketentuan :
- sangat aktif masuk kelas selama 3 minggu hanya izin >3 kali
-aktif masuk kelas selama 3 minggu hanya izin 4-6 kali
-kurang aktif masuk kelas selama 3 minggu izin 7-10 kali
-tidak aktif masuk kelas selama 3 minggu izin >11 kali
-hiatus
5. DO dan memberi surat peringatan,bersih-bersih following akun asrama 1 minggu setelah SKC
6. kontrol rangkuman di akun drachPU
Vice Prefek 1( Lyra/Wizard)
1. mengumpulkan absen murid Wizard
2. bimbingan setelah SKC bagi newbie di akun asrama yaitu :
- belanja awal ( menunjuk senpai utk membimbing newbie)
- menjelaskan rules drache ( kas,rangkuman,dll)
- sedikit penjelasan mengenai jurusan ---> justpaste.it/panduanjurusan
3. DO dan memberi surat peringatan,bersih-bersih following akun asrama 2 minggu setelah SKC
4. kontrol rangkuman di akun DracheWiz
Vice Prefek 2 ( Velt/Exorcist)
1. mengumpulkan absen murid Exorcist
2. membagi room murid dengan ketentuan :
- E-D exorcist putra
-E-R exorcist putri
-P-A P-user campuran
-W-C Wizard Campuran
-N-H Newbie campuran ( LR @BtsVkim_95 jika newbie sudah pilih jurusan V masuk room wiz lagi)
- jika pria/wanita mencapai 5 orang bisa dipisah lagi kamarnya
3. DO dan memberi surat peringatan,bersih-bersih following akun asrama 3 minggu setelah SKC
4. Kontrol rangkuman di akun DracheExorcist
NB : Masih bisa berubah jika dirasa ada yang perlu dirubah
