*Pengertian*
Girding potion merupakan salah satu ramuan yang cukup dasar dan pembuatannya cukup hanya dengan waktu 2 jam. Ramuan ini digunakan untuk menambah daya tahan tubuh bagi peminum untuk waktu yang cukup lama (hitungan minggu),
Peminum hanya diperbolehkan untuk meminum 2 botol ramuan ini. Karena kalau berlebihan akan berpotensi berbahaya. Ramuan ini tergantung pada keahlian si pembuat. Semakin ahli pembuatnya maka semakin lama pula efeknya.
> Bahan-bahan:
• Beberapa capung thoraxes yang sudah di panggang
• 1 pasang sayap peri
• 3 kuda laut terbang
• 4 telur doxy
> Cara permbuatan:
1. Masukan air kedalam kuali lalu panaskan
2. Masukan satu pasang sayap peri lalu biarkan sampai ramuan berwarna pirus (biru kehijauan)
3. Tambahkan satu telur Doxy
4. Tunggu sampai ramuan bewarna pink lalu masukan beberapa capung thoraxes panggang hingga ramuan berubah warna menjadi merah
5. Tunggu ramuan berubah warna lagi menjadi biru dan tambahkan capung thoraxes lagi sampai ramuan bewarna perak
6. Biarkan sampai ramuan berubah warna menjadi merah
7. Tambahkan 3 telur doxy
8. Tambahkan 5 capung thoraxes
9. Tambahkan 3 kuda laut terbang
10. Terakhir, panaskan sampai ramuan berubah menjadi hijau
