Eleroes
“Kids, it’s that time again!” The whole class sighed as Mr.Ronald announced the pop quiz. “This is too much, Mr.Ronald!” said Jimmy. “Yeah, this is too much, Mr. Ronald!” said Eddy. “Now calm down kids,” said Mr.Ronald, “It’s only five questions.” “Yeah, five questions that’s all writing, and not multiple choice,” said Ricky. “It’s going to be fine, I know you guys will ace this quiz,” said Mr.Ronald, “now clear off your desk with nothing but a pencil. Remember the key word, Ricky; I said pen-CIL not pen.” “Dang it.” Ricky said.
All of a sudden, everyone heard something like a tornado siren go off. “YES, WE DON’T HAVE TO TAKE THE QUIZ!!,” yelled Eddy. “Everybody calm down!,” said Mr.Ronald, “lineup in a single file line!” Once they got in line, most of the kids looked happy because they would get out of school early. “Yes! This is exciting!” said Jimmy. “I know right!” said Ricky. But once they opened the classroom door, their smiles left their faces. “EVERYBODY HEAD TO THE BASEMENT NOW!,” said a police officer.
What everybody thought was a tornado drill was something more serious than that. As everyone briskly headed to the basement, someone saw something outside the window. “HOLY CRAP, IT’S A BIG ROCK MONSTER!” said Kris. “ Quit lying, Kris!” Eddy said. “I’M NOT LYING GUYS, LOOK!” After everyone looked outside, they started running to the basement. “I told you I wasn’t lying.” said Kris as he was the only one still standing in the window hallway that connects the main building to the V building. “Kris, get out of there!” yelled Mr.Ronald.
The Rock monster broke the window grabbing Kris. “AHHHHH” yelled Kris. “Kris! NOOOOO!...and I just paid the child support too!,” Mr.Ronald yelled. “Kris was your son?” asked Eddy. “Yeah,” Mr.Ronald said, “can’t you tell by our last names?” “So, that’s why he’s the only one passing your class...and he’s stupid,” said Ricky. “Enough talking! Head to the basement!” said Mr. Ronald.
As they reached the basement, it was packed with students and teachers. Ricky, Eddy, and Jimmy could barely walk around, but they saw their friend Sean, as he’s always on his Ipod. “So, do you know what’s causing these monsters to attack Nashville?” said Jimmy. “Yes, indeed,” said Sean. “It seems that there is a powerful tornado, and it seems that the tornado is spawning monsters of different elements. Like Rock, Water, Fire, but I can’t seem to identify the other elements. The more it spawns, the bigger the tornado gets.” “Well,” said Jimmy, “so do you know how to stop it?”
“See the thing is...I don’t know,” said Sean. “Dang,” said Ricky. From a distance, the four of them saw their friend Khadir trying to get their attention. “Hey guys, come with me,” said Khadir. Khadir pulled them all away from the big crowd of people. “What’s wrong, Khadir?” said Jimmy. Of course every time Khadir talks, people think he’s funny. “I found a way to fight the monsters, bruh,” said Khadir.
Everyone burst out laughing, not because they thought he was playing around, but because he sounds funny. “Come on guys! I’m for real! I know how we could fight them,” Khadir said. Jimmy said while laughing “ n-no it’s not that; it’s just you somehow alway manage to make us laugh for no reason.” After 3 minutes of laughter, Ricky said “ok ok we’re ready to listen to what you have to say.”
“Ok, as I was saying. I kno-” Again Khadir got cut off by laughter. 5 minutes later. “Ok we’re for real. We’re done laughing,” said Eddy “You sure?” said Khadir. “Yeah,” said Jimmy holding in his laughter. “Ok as I was saying, I know how to fight the monsters,” said Khadir, “when I was walking in the hallway near the v building, I found this stone that gives me superpowers.
“Yeah right, Khadir. Keep on lying,” said Eddy. “No, I’m serious look.” And at that moment Khadir brought lightning down from the sky, shocking the ground outside. “Woah! he wasn’t lying!” said Allan coming out of the darkness. “Allan, what you doing here?” said Sean. “See what happened was…” Allan said while trying to make an excuse.“My school came here for a tour of the school, then this happened.” “Mmm hm,” said Sean.
“Khadir, let me see that stone,” said Allan. Allan pulled out his phone while scanning the stone with some app that he was using. “This is an elemental stone! Where did you find this, Khadir?” Allan said. Khadir replied, “I found it near the v building when that rock monster destroyed the glass path thingy that connects the v building to the main building.” “Wow! This could actually help us fight the monster!” said Allan “Take us to the exact spot you found this.”
As they were following Khadir, it seems that Eddy, Sean, Jimmy, Ricky, and Allan were glowing. “Uhh guys?” Khadir said. “What...Woah you guys are glowing!” said Allan. “You are too, Allan!” said Sean. “Wow, except for me,” said Khadir “why you gotta be so racist, Anthony! (The Writer) Is it because I’m black? huh? HUH?!”...(Khadir started glowing too.) “Woah, nevermind thanks Anthony.” said Khadir.

As they were walking closer and closer to the location, they started to glow brighter as they got closer. It seems that they were all drawn to their own stones, like as if the stones were assigned to them. Khadir got powers to control electricity, Jimmy got powers to control fire, Eddy got powers to control water, Ricky got powers to control wind, Sean got powers to control Rocks or earth, and finally Allan got powers to control Ice. “Wow, we got powers!” said Allan. “No way, Allan!” Sean said sarcastically.
“Try your powers on that rock monster over there,” said Khadir. Allan threw an ice ball at the rock monster, and when it hit the rock monster, the monster was now frozen in ice. Oh one thing I forgot to mention is that the stones also gave them superhuman strength, so Khadir punched the frozen rock monster and it collapsed into pieces. “Yay! we saved the day!” said Allan. “No, we’re not done yet, Allan. That tornado is still spawning monsters” said Khadir. “So that means, we’re going to be heroes to save Nashville?” said Eddy.
“Yeah, basically,” said Jimmy. “Together we are Eleroes!” said Ricky. “Eleroes?” said Sean. “Yeah, I just made it up right now. It’s the mix of Elements and Heroes,” said Ricky. “To be honest that sounds smart, but lame.” said Eddy “Yeah” said everyone agreeing. “Well do you guys have any other name ideas?” said Ricky. “Let’s figure that out later guys, right now let’s kick some monster butts!” said Khadir. “Yeah!” everyone yelled. “We are Eleroes!” Ricky yelled. “...ehh, We are Eleroes!” said Eddy. “Yeah!”
