David Tran is a Vietnamese-born native who has been infusing the Asian food culture of Los Angeles since 1980 with his Huy Fong Foods Sriracha Hot Sauce. The sizzling sauce has been a part of American tradition because it was named as the most effective ingredient by Bon Appetit in 2009.
Sriracha is a well-liked hot sauce in Thailand. However, it isn't the identical sauce we eat there, particularly in Sri Racha or Si Racha on the Gulf of Thailand coast, which is where the sauce originates.
