listen to music on the car ride to school and talk to my mom if in scared (which i probably will be
try to just listen to what everyone else is talking about so i can try calming myself down in class (its calming for me to focus on sounds and visuals around me
dont be afraid to speak up to the teacher and talk to a student if they ask me something or if i need something ( include myself in jokes that they make if its a good time
