Remove dupe emails from (Clicks, Unsubscribe)
(VLOOKUP) dedupe Clicks with Unsubscribe and remove matching Cilcks
in a new file club Clicks & Unsubscribe in single column, second column mark them as Click/Unsubscribe
(VLOOKUP) append 'CTA Link' & 'TimeStamp Clicked At'
wherever CTA Link contains 'privacy' word, remove those records
wherever CTA Link equals #N/A, delete only #N/A text
Wherever Email contains ISP domains, remove email
Wherever Email contains Non-USA Other-Country domains, remove email
Copy 7Knot Headers
Download datafile from PC
arrange headers of datafile same as 7Knot headers
Copy-paste data from datafile to 7Knot headers
(VLOOKUP) Append data to Clicks/Unsubscribe emails
After append remove '0'
Append "Download Date" as today's date in USA:
'07-20-2023
Dedupe Clicks & Unsubscribe emails to previously delivered-files of that particular report-name only
Example:
if report-name is 7Knot_Apparel_Overall_report
then dedupe with only 7Knot_Apparel delivered-files ("7Knot_Apparel" fileNames)
If Industry is "State & Local" then :
-> Remove records wherever Company Name contains these words: federal, nation, united states
-> Ask Pushpa.Savanth whether only IT titles deliver or All titles can deliver.
Now seperate Clicks & Unsubscribe records (single file: two sheets: Clicks, Unsubscribe)
For Clicks records, take Countif of 'Company Name'
Example: if maximum Countif no. is 20
Inform to Pushpa.Savanth:
We have 20 contacts per company
and final count of Clicks records
She will tell you:
how many contacts per company you need to select
and how many Clicks records you need to deliver
Example:
she will reply:
you take 7 contacts per company
and deliver only 50 Clicks records
remaining Clicks records keep it seperate with you as Extra Records
Change filename like this:
if report name: 7Knot_Apparel_Overall_June_Report
then filename: 7Knot_Apparel_072023
(filename last six digit 072023 is today's date mmddyy format)
Send her message in flock:
filename: 7Knot_Apparel_072023
Cliks = 50
if any changes in filename she will tell you new filename, then update filename
Ask her: shall I send file to Naveen ?
if she says yes then post msg in Bitrix & deliver file.
if she says no, hold file, don't deliver until she says.
