Tell me about yourself:
Hi my name is Daniel Macias I'm a senior at Clovis High School. I'm outgoing, energetic and love nature and learning new stuff. I'm a team player and love working with other people to accomplish a goal.

Tell me about your strengths:
I'm very self motivated and determined and always go the extra mile to get something done the right way. I'm also a team player and love working with other people. I try motivating people to do the best they can and help them when they're in need.

Tell me about your weaknesses:
I used to spend more time than necessary on tasks, but now I’ve learned to be more confident in my decisions and I work more efficiently

Tell me about a time you had to take initiative:
An example of a time I had to take initiative would be when I was in Construction class and I had to lead my group on building a dog house. We accidentally messed up on the measurements on a wall of the house so I had to stay after class to make a new one with the correct dimensions. We ended up getting done before everyone else.

Tell me about a time you had to do research for a project or a job or project:
An example of a time I had to do research for a project would be when my mom had me build a play house for my siblings in my backyard. I had to come up with a plan to see how we were going to build it and how much supplies would be needed.

Tell me about a time you had to work with others to complete a task:
Back when I was in construction we had to team up to build a picnic table and we all would all had a job
