VinaPhone Plus Members: Includes Diamond/Gold Postpaid Members with birthdays in Q3/2023 (excluding corporate, business, ezcom, outstanding debts, and enterprise subscribers).
Individual Customers Using Fixed-Line Services: Includes individual customers that are not VinaPhone Plus members but have birthdays in Q3/2023.
6. Gifts for Customers
The set of gifts for customers based on their VinaPhone Plus membership level and using fixed-line services is as follows:

Diamond Members: Neck-Shoulder-Back Massager Set + Handheld Massager.
Gold Members: Foot Soaking Massage Tub Set + Extension Socket.
Individual Customers Using Fixed-Line Services: Neck-Shoulder-Back Massager Set + Handheld Massager.
7. Implementation Method
VNPT staff in Hanoi will contact customers and directly deliver the gifts with their addresses.

Membership Level Criteria for New Ranking (6-Month Ranking Period)
Diamond: Total expenses in 12 months ? 24,000,000 VND (Average monthly usage/top-up ? 2,000,000 VND).
Gold: 6,000,000 VND ? total expenses in 12 months < 12,000,000 VND (Average monthly usage/top-up ? 500,000 VND to < 1,000,000 VND).
Valued: 0 VND ? total expenses in 12 months < 1,200,000 VND (Average monthly usage/top-up from 0 VND to < 100,000 VND).
