Untuk membuatnya juga cukup mudah kok. Kita hanya membutuhkan telur, susu, tepung terigu, tepung roti, merica, garam, bubuk peterselly dan yg paling penting keju mozarella.
Pertama kita buat 3 mangkuk untuk pelapisan kejunya. 1 mangkuk untuk tepung terigu, 1 mangkuk untuk campuran telur, susu cair serta garam dan merica, dan 1 mangkuk untuk tepung roti yang biaa kita campur dengan bubuk peterselly dan juga parutan parmesan.
Langkah kedua kita masukan keju kedalan tepung terigu sampai semua bagian terlapisi, lalu masukan kedalam adonan telur dan terakhir masukan kedalam adonan tepung roti. Untuk pelapisannya harus dilakukan dengan hati2 dan juga lebih dari 1 kali agar nantinya keju tidak berantakan ketika digoreng. Setelah tahap pelapisan mozarella stick harus dibekukan terlebih dahulu.
Ketiga ialah goreng mozarella stick kedalam minyak panas yg banyak dan angkat bila sudah kecoklatan.
Foilaaa. Mozarella stick bisa jadi cemilan yang enak dengan pembuatan yang mudah ^^
