• Provide a well water flow test that meets HUD standards of three to five gallons per minute for 1 hour for existing construction to be considered adequate.
• Sunmark savings account to be opened by depositing $.02. This can be done at any Sunmark branch or online. Victor Valdez Fidel must be first on the savings account if there is a joint owner.
• Borrower to provide copy of Resident Alien Card (greencard) OR Borrower to provide evidence of legal residency and employment authorization (EAD, visa, etc)
• Borrower to provide proof of schooling with transcripts and CDL certificate.
