I will say I don't know much about the current promotion strategy of NYC Service. Did you partner with high schools to promote for recent graduates? Or share postings with colleges around NYC?
Promote at college fairs, outreach events, email blasts. Reaching out to older people who may be interested in the position.
better graphics - earlier recruitment. You are outside of the time frame college students are looking for programs
Partnering with CUNY to share position descriptions
The marketing materials I saw were on a specific website I saw that I feel most people wouldn't navigate to (it was several layers deep rather than being easy to find) and was a bit jargon-heavy.
Helping with providing more social media wording for recruitment.
The social media push could have been more frequent
Promotion should be longer meaning starting sooner than later.
I didn't really see our particular fliers re-posted by NYC Service. I would love to see more cross-promotion.
