Flash Dryers
During drying, feed is equipped to one finish of the dryer and is continuously transferred to the opposite finish. Feed in the paddle dryer is repeatedly agitated by the rotating paddles, and is thermally dried by the warmth from the heat carrier. The hollow paddles interweave with the alternative counter rotating paddle shaft. As the paddles do not transport the product, their primary operate is to switch warmth to the product.
A paddle dryer consists of a rotating drum with paddles or fins connected to the within floor. That is because it has many square meters of warmth exchanging surface relative to the quantity.
