To eat less at meals, make sure you don't eat by yourself. If you eat by yourself, you will often eat until there is nothing left on your plate.
Try to reduce your stress. Stress and anxiety puts you in a very vulnerable situation while dieting. It becomes simple to concentrate on future goals and maintain your focus when you are healthy, free of stress and living a happy life.
