Notes

• We have a project in Concord that finally broke ground (Nick was telling us about it last week). I already have a writeup about it posted, but it would be good to get some updated photos of it. Brookline Opportunities Workforce Housing - TFMoran the address is 195 Pembroke Rd., Concord.
• Another project I’ve been working on a writeup for (And conveniently located across the street from us!) is the BVI Condos. I drive by every day on my way in and it looks like its just starting to become something. They put in the access road and the gate house is all framed. So whenever you feel like getting out for a few minutes, you could go grab some photos of that.
• Ok ANOTHER project… well 2 (but you don’t have to leave the comfort of your cubicle) is Lake Point Village (Maugel DeStefano Architects) and the Village at Banfield Woods (Banfield Rd Portsmouth NH).
o The first one has some nice photos you should be able to save directly to the marketing drive to crop and edit for our website
o The second one is a video, you’ll have to stop and screenshot it (windows + shift + S) the screenshot will be copied and you can paste it into photoshop.
 Just make sure you put in the photo courtesy on them somewhere.
• Ok now some fun(er) stuff:
o We need to email Hillary for ice cream for the BBQ coming up. I know I talked to her about dates but we haven’t confirmed yet whether she can provide it, flavors, etc. If you could email her to confirm the date, and some ideas for flavors (and CC me) that would be great!
• Just kidding this one’s not that fun.. We’re sponsoring a summer mixed for NH CIBOR coming up this week. I’m not sure if Dylan is going or not, but if he is he can grab a couple of photos for a website post. I think we’ve posted about this one before, but you can go to the NHCIBOR website to see details about the event, etc.
• We’re also sponsoring the Friends of Aine Kids Try-Athlon coming up next weekend. If you could start another website post for that, that would be great!
