Hinata Shouyou "Second Chance"
Travels back in time to give someone a second chance by preventing their death or by dying in their place.
He can't control this ability, it's triggered randomly.
Hinata's lines are tangled around the time line, in which when he activates his time line all the other lines activate in two way connections. He is basically invincible out of his own time.
Ability to create stasis fields. Rather than stopping time, it stops the effects of time. If he's in one of these fields he is also invincible, although since this is something he is controlling consciously it takes a lot of focus.
Even though Hinata's abilities encompass both space and time, his limitations are time dependent only.

Kageyama Tobio "Silent Killer"
"Energy Absorption" but really, it's Energy Manipulation. He can take energy, and convert it, and later on, can even "take energy from himself" to create fire, light, etc
Heat energy, light energy, kinetic energy, a person's energy, sound energy, life energy, etc.
Drain a person of energy, potentially until they die
Drain a person of their life force, the energy that keeps the immaterial soul attached to their material body.
Under extreme negative emotions (stress, pain, fear, anger, jealousy, etc) he can start absorbing energy on impulse.
Kageyama takes, while Hinata is always giving.

Iwaizumi Hajime "Avatism"
Erasing memories. When he erases memories, he gains these memories.
Sometimes, Iwaizumi picks up random parts of memories. If you suddenly forgot something important, he might've picked it up.
So many memories that he's starting to go insane and he can't tell which memories are his anymore. Eventually he may lose all his memories in the jumble.
Iwaizumi can actually fine tune which memories to erase, and even insert parts of a memory into another (a sort of memory manipulation) and then putting the spliced memory into a host, but he doesn't know he could do this until much later.
He later discovers that it wasn't just a memory loss, but actually changing time so that they "never actually made the memory". Iwaizumi himself isn't affected because he is storing these memories.

Oikawa Tooru "Mask"
Modifies/masks his soul information to copy a connected person's, effectively replicating an ability. This requires mass concentration to keep the modifications. Restricted to one ability at a time.
In time the body will reject the soul and the soul will start to eat up the body in order to destroy the foreign vessel. The soul will also think it is another soul and will not revert back as easily as time goes. The soul cannot return to its normal state unless Oikawa forgets the modifications he'd made.
Iwaizumi cuts connections, Oikawa makes connections

Nishinoya Yuu "Liquid"
Phasing through solid objects. He can run really fast and weave through crowds without any difficulty. The reaction time of his ability is pretty impressive, but often he has to phase several times and sometimes his body can't keep up.
Only force fields can stop him.
His eyes register information at the speed of a bullet, allowing him to calculate where he should put his foot, what angle to dash to, how to dodge , etc, though most of this is by instinct. Thus making him hard to catch or kill.
Nishinoya could severely damage one's organs by partially phasing through someone's body.

Azumane Asahi "Barrier"
Barrier or force field creation
Barrier around people, staunch blood, block sight, hearing, smell, etc.
Asahi could kill by stopping blood flow but he tries not to use this barrier.

Nishinoya is liquid, Asahi is solid

Sugawara Koushi "Extension"
Ability to heal, if the person hasn't completely died yet. The more damage the person has, the more damage Suga takes. Healing takes away Sugawara's energy and health, and if he goes too far without replenishing he can die.

Sawamura Daichi "Terminal"
Ability to see date of death and feel how they died.
Can switch dates of death by manipulating the lines of life and chance

Sugawara extends life, Sawamura shortens life

Kuroo Tetsurou "Copycat"
Makes copies of himself that have the same mindset.
If one gets corrupted, it could detach from the real Kuroo's influence.

Kozume Kenma "Fade"
Can disappear from reality by living in between events (the betwixt).
Can "erase" things from existence by bringing them into stop time and leaving them there.
Kenma cannot come back unless someone close to him calls him back. When in betwixt he is nonexistent to people living in reality until he comes back.
Hinata can see Kenma during stop time, though he is not moving unless Hinata brings Kenma into stop time, or Kenma brings Hinata into the betwixt.
*how do people in between function? are there different rules here?

Tsukishima Kei "Pandemonium"
Feels everyone's emotions
Cannot feel his own
Can manipulate other's emotions
Emotions he receives are usually in the form of colors, and sometimes even tastes

Yamaguchi Tadashi "Dreamcatcher"
Makes wishes, dreams and thoughts come true (manipulating probability/line of chance)
Can hear everyone's thoughts crowding his mind. In large crowds, his head starts to hurt (Tsukishima gives him his headphones when this happens)
When experiencing "backlash", the wishes are granted in the most twisted ways ("I wish that you won't get hurt" = the person's own death in protecting another, "I wish I had a million dollars" = million dollar debt, million counterfeit dollars, etc)

Tsukishima, the calculative one, experiences emotion, while Yamaguchi, the emotional one, listens to thoughts

Yachi Hitoka "Lucky Charm"

She's an influence to the world around her. If she's happy, the people around her feel happier, if just subtly, flowers grow healthier and stronger, and stay that way unless some other force affects it.
Sometimes adverse effects from abilities and even abilities themselves can be reduced.
If she can develop her ability far enough, she can eventually negate abilities fully, as long as she doesn't have any negative thoughts.

Shimizu Kiyoko "Ephemeral"
Slowing down/freezing people, blood, movement, time, etc, but only for a short amount of time, or a "shock".
Does not require touching, but eye to eye contact.

Yachi is constant, Kiyoko is a fraction. Yachi "warms" and Kiyoko "freezes"

Akaashi Keiji "Clarity"
Ability to see everything in slow motion.
Either his mind can process information at extraordinary speeds, or he decelerates time so that objects move slower than normal, allowing him time to think his actions carefully, or both.
Bokuto Koutarou "Radius"
Ability to see into the near future.
Everything accelerates until time stops at one moment, where Bokuto can see all the aspects of that single moment. For example, if Akaashi is going to leave the gym, Bokuto can see what the weather is like, who else is in the picture, people outside of the gym, etc, within a respective radius, even though he does not move from his vantage point.
Akaashi sees within his line of sight and decelerates time. Bokuto sees beyond his line of sight and accelerates time.
