Took preliminary impressions.
Dr Chaitra Arakere removed all compromised tooth structure, IPC placed w/ Superseal and air dried, RelyX Unicem build up placed and light cured. Prepared tooth for itero scan. Cutrol placed to control bleeding gum tissue. Itero Scan done and send to TS150 Dental Mill, Final shade (vitapan) photo to lab., made temp with none because of same day crown, and cemented temp with None-did not make temp.
Tried-in crown and check margins and proximal contacts., slight adjustments, porcelain etch and silanate crown, bond w/ ReliX Unicem,cure and remove excess and flossed, Checked occlusal contacts w/ blue tape with slight adjustments and polished and placed gluma desensitizer on tooth
Advised pt no eating or drinking for 30 min, brush and floss as normal after 24 hrs, normal to experience cold and biting sensitivity for several weeks or months and Call office for bite adjustment or evaluation if these symptoms persists
